Leave a CommentAlright guys….I’ve been researching the LG 55LW5600 for some time now….I was prepared to get it off Amazon when my local Best Buy placed it on sale for the same price plus added the family 6 pack of 3D glasses extra ($1,099.00 total). So that brought it to 10 pairs of 3D glasses total. I just had to pay the taxes which some best buy gift cards I had helped with that.
Tv is beautiful. Sleek, thin and fits perfect in my bedroom amoire. The picture is awesome & I’m comparing it to my 58″ Samsung Plasma I have in the living room. Internet features are cool. My kids love it. 2D to 3D conversion works as good as too be expected, but the 3D is great. Definitly adds depth to my Xbox 360 gameplay. I’m not noticing any lagg time as other reviews have stated while playing. Love the motion wand. The clarity of the picture ,too me if second to none. There are times while watching it almost feels like a home movie, which I like and think it adds to the whole Cinema experience.
My only complaint to date is the sound could be better (isn’t that with all TV’s?) & The only audio output is the digital audio, which in my case, my older receiver doesn’t have that type of connection. I spent almost $60.00 at Radioshack for the needed wires and RCA converter and for some reason still can’t get it to work. So, I foresee a newer home theater system in my future for the bedroom….(sorry Honey)
Overall, I would recommend this TV to all my friends & family.
I’m giving only 4 stars due to the sound and lack of a more versitile audio output..

Panasonic TC-P42ST30 Best Buy
The Panasonic TC-P42ST30 Best Buy‘s are the most useful your money can buy undoubtedly. I purchased this just because a relative bought the bigger 54″ TV, and also the picture was amazing, even right alongside it. Their design is straightforward and never outrageous, with only a an all-black costume border and loudspeakers that merge. Looks great installed on a wall. The image quality is the greatest that I have seen in comparison to the others displayed at electronic stores. The frame rate, or “Sub-Area Drive” is much like your searching via a window at what your watching. The three dimensional quality can also be amazing (glasses offered individually) but I recommend you apply the 42″ TV inside a more compact room if you watch three dimensional, or sit within 10′ approximately.
Other wonderful features are it’s web connection capabilities. Movie streaming (I personally use Hulu ) has great display quality, and charges a great deal under HD cable/satellite. You will find other great online applications too, like The planet pandora, various sports applications, and games.
I’ve many buddies that dislike watching television on the greater frame rate TV, I’m not sure why, but make certain you test these TV’s before purchasing these to make certain it does not bother you..

Festool CT MINI
The Festool CT MINI works very well with the Domino and is surprisingly quiet and heavy. Many suction. But if you only use this with power tools and general cleanup plan to have an extra $ 140 to $ 235 to do in Accessories. Very similar to the fine, but if there bought a package with another Festool cheaper. Very flexible, but the “extras” that you really need to add up quickly, so it does not get 5 stars. BTW, the inlet opening on all Festol dust 2 ¼ “, so to fit the 27mm, 36mm, 50mm and hoses as no 2 ¼” OD tubing shop is (2 “id, the most).
Some other minor downside:
In moderate cold (30 to 32F) the hose and power cord are very stiff and difficult to properly back into the holder. But they are built in hose and cord storage very well. The clips that attach to the top of one Systane can be handy.
Not suitable for work HAZMAT, you need the CT33 with Hepa and IMHO this one SCBA.
When you create a very fine dust, you need one of the more expensive HEPA models.
If you are using a router, table saw or band saw (yes with an adapter is also available with a 4 “dust port) you need something like the The Dust Deputy and a 50mm tube begins (at $ 100, remember what I wrote about pricy said), otherwise the bag fills very quickly.
If you use an intermediate filter, such as the Dust Deputy, you must make sure that everything is anti-static else is there a chance of fire or explosion hazard. The Dust Deputy and Festool are antistatic.
But one big plus is that the hose is long enough for many applications and almost all the high-performance cable is much longer. (I hate these cheap high amperage tools that “do not connect an extension cord” with about 3 ‘of 20 gage cord and then say come and go.) And if you start the tool in the CT connector automatically when you turn on the tool.
IMHO, the fine is a bit better, but they are very close. I have to play with both at the dealership when I bought my Domino. Either you can eliminate a great job of dust and limiting the need for a mask or respirator Comes with a 20A to 15A adapter cable, but be aware that with many tools that you CT easily overwhelm 15A circuit plugged with a tool. If you use a separate circuit, you can not use the auto-start function.
BTW spend the extra $ 13 and get an extra 20-15 amp adapter cable, do not go to Home Depot or Lowe’s on Sunday and always one. I almost lost my twice. If you work in 15-amp circuits only, you can always epoxy the two together, or if you work in only 20 amps, it does not matter.
I’ve got used to my DeWalt 5 “random orbit sander and it works fine, but it may produce too much suction and must be on the lowest setting, as expected, does a good job with my Trion jigsaw and the domino effect. As well as a router and bandsaw. (I use a Oneida Dust Deputy Deluxe (with cyclone, 5-gallon bucket and lid, 4 ‘of 2-1/2”tube with a diameter and mounting hardware) with 50mm tube.)
BTW the inlet hose into the CT-suckers are all accommodate 50mm hose connections and all have 50mm Festool hose ends to the CT.

Not our primary TV but Philips 40PFL5706D can be a great option if you’re searching for a high quality Television in a great cost. The setup is easy also it connects easily in to the Internet. Quick access to Netflix and The planet pandora plus a number of others. The isn’t any optical SPDIF output around the TV that is surprising since SPDIF is really a Phillips technology but RCA out works nearly as well.

After reading through a lot of comments of the LG 42LV4400 TV being defective after about 3 days, I made the decision to come back mine last evening. I’d this televesion for around 2 . 5 days with no problem. However, I didn’t want to accept chance, particularly when customers have mentioned this product fails round the 3 week/one month mark. Besides, the television could have been from warranty each year anyway. I’m now $530 more potent and do not have to fear my purchase of a tv as being a waste. I’ll watch for my taxes before determining to purchase another, RELIABLE high definition tv. I recommend not buying this High definition tv..
